Where the ingredients come from

Fish come from fishing (see the fishing guide), and the Yin and Yang Koi for Koi Delicacy are ocean catches. Crops come from farming; the Rusty Sickle and the Watering Can are sold in Maple Village, and the Steel Sickle is crafted in the Furnace. The Trello does not say where raw chicken and eggs come from yet, so we have left them out rather than guess.

Cooking milestones and rebirth

The Radex Tips cooking video lists milestone rewards at cooking levels 10, 25, 50, 75 and 100, paying gold and Celestial Coins, with the Gourmet King title at level 100. At level 100 you can rebirth the life skill for a point to spend on permanent cooking upgrades, such as Seasoned Chef (+20% cooking experience per rank) or Salvage, which refunds ingredients from burnt dishes.

The cooking skill tree

The Trello’s cooking tree focuses on the timing mini-game: Steady Hand keeps the Perfect window open 10% longer per rank, Slow Simmer delays burning, and Chef’s Instinct gives a 25% chance for a merely good pull to count as Perfect. Rolling Boil makes your next dish cook faster after a Perfect.
